Trouble Logging In?
New Agent Registration
Read before logging into Lead Manager:
New Login Procedure: Two-Factor Authentication
When you log in, you'll now be asked to enter a verification code sent to the email address on file for your username.
The code is valid for 10 minutes.
You will receive this prompt once every 7 days.
Don't have an email address on file for your username?
If you don't have an email address associated with your username, the verification code will be sent to your Lead Manager Account Owner (this is typically the agency owner or person who administers the account).
Don't see the email? Use the following steps to troubleshoot:
Your email address on file is listed on the page that you enter the verification code. Check the spelling to ensure your email address was not entered in error. If the email address is invalid, your account owner can update your profile, then try to log in again.
Search for an email from support@leadmanagementlab.com with subject line "Your verification code."
Check your spam folder. If the email is in your spam folder, make sure to add support@leadmanagementlab.com to your safe senders in Outlook so future emails will not go to spam.
I'm receiving the error: Access denied. Invalid username or password.
If you've never logged in or forgot your password, click "Reset Password" and provide your username and email address. This well send a temporary password to the email address associated with your account.
If you're not sure what your username is:
If you're the Account Owner, your username is typically your agency ID starting with A (i.e. A000000), and your agency ID email address is typically the email associated with your account (i.e. A000000@allstate.com).
If you're not the Account Owner, reach out to one of the Administrators in your Lead Manager account who can access your username.
If there is not an administrator who can assist, email
support@leadmanagementlab.com
and provide your name and the agency ID associated with your account. Our support team will reply with your username and email address associated with your username that you can use to reset your password.
I tried to reset my password, and have not yet received the email.
Check your junk folder, and make sure support@leadmanagementlab.com is added to your safe senders and domains list in Outlook to prevent future emails from going to junk.
If the email is not in your junk folder, reach out to one of the administrators of your Lead Manager account who can manually reset your password from within the account.
