If you are receiving an "
Access denied. Invalid username or password." message:
- Please contact your Agency Owner or whoever is the administrator of your Lead Manager Account for questions on access. They are the only ones who have access to manage the user subscriptions in your account.
- If you are the Agency Owner or administrator of your Lead Manager account and need to add licenses back to your account:
- Sign into your account
- Navigate to Administration → Account Settings → Subscription
- Choose Increase User Licenses and add the number of licenses that you require
- Once licenses have been added, navigate to Administration → Account Settings → Manage Users
- Edit the status of each user that you want to reactivate. (Update the status from Inactive to Active)
